RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURNS FOR CREDIT EXCHANGE ONLY: We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for STORE CREDIT ONLY. We will not accept any return request outside of the 7-day time frame (NO EXCEPTIONS). Some items may be exchanged depending up on available inventory stored in our warehouse.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items must be free of any stains, oil, make up, holes in fabric or obvious wear.

To start a return, you can contact us at iambreerenee@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and we require proof of tracking for all returned packages. We ask that you allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed and completed at our warehouse. You will receive an email regarding your return status. Unfortunately, changes or cancellations cannot be made once your order has been placed.
